Top 5 NFL Teams.....

... Of ALL time. Once again folks, these teams are picked from MY OPINION, so if you wanna disagree, go right ahead. These are picked based upon my own memory, or things that I have read about. These do not include a TV show or a google search. This is ALL me Baby! OK, Here we go:

5. 2002 Tampa Bay Buccaneers
I like this team (aside from being partial) because these boys were more or less Tony Dungy's team. Jon Gruden is one helluva coach, but his only twist on this team was what he did for the offense. All year long these boys played well, broke several franchise records and a couple of NFL records. Dungy-D and Gruden-O won this year's Super Bowl.

4. 1996 Green Bay Packers
Green Bay had it all in 1996...The best offense and the best defense in the NFL and..... Brett Favre. NFL MVP in 1996, Brett had his best year this year. Jim McMahon was actually his back up who didn't do half bad either. The Pack finished 13-3 that year, and just tore up everyone in the playoffs to beat New England in the Super Bowl.

3. 1971 Dallas Cowboys
Led by Roger Staubach this year, had a killer offense like Bob Hayes and Walt Garrison scoring for him. The Dallas Defense (later named the Doomsday defense) would hardly let a player gain anything, much less score. This was proven in the playoffs that year, when they held the 49ers to 3 points during the Championship game, and the Dolphins to 3 points in that year's Super Bowl!

2. 1972 Miami Doplhins
We all know why, right? Of course they are the only team in NFL history to go undefeated for a season, but is that really great? Sure it is, but they had the easiest opposition schedule in the entire NFL that year. They almost got beat in the playoffs by the Steelers, and were underdogs against the Redskins in the Super Bowl. They won (of course). The reasons they made #2 on my list are as follows: Don Shula, Bon Greise and Larry Csonka. I bet these guys couldn't beat my number one pick.....

1. 1985 Chicago Bears
The year of The Super Bowl Shuffle! This came across as pretty cocky to most people, but nonetheless, entertaining! Jim McMahon led this team throughout a 15-1 season and straight through the playoffs without an opposition score! Super Bowl XX was a won by the score of 46-10. But lets not forget why: An offense with Jim McMahon, Walter Payton, Dennis McKinnon, William "the Fridge" Perry (yes, I am fully aware he's a defensive player, but remember that touchdown in the Super Bowl??), and a defense that just annihilated the opponent's offenses! Richard Dent, Mike Singletary and Otis Wilson.... I haven't seen a team assembled like this ever since.

Honorable mentions go to: 1991 Redskins, 1989 49ers, 1979 Steelers
